2. Booking and Payment

  • Sessions must be booked in advance via our website or directly with Peregrine Tutors.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to the session, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payments by bank transfer or via our online payment provider.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without charge.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.

4. Student Responsibilities

  • Students are expected to arrive on time and be prepared for sessions.

  • For online sessions, students must ensure they have a stable internet connection.

  • Any inappropriate behaviour or harassment may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

5. Tutor Responsibilities

  • Peregrine Tutors has the sufficient qualifications and experience for the tutoring offered.

  • Peregrine Tutors will prepare and deliver sessions to the best of their ability.

  • We do not guarantee exam results or grade improvements.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided during tutoring sessions are the intellectual property of Peregrine Tutors.

  • These may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to provide high-quality educational support, Peregrine Tutors is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services, including missed academic opportunities.

  • We are not responsible for any technological failures during online sessions.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use personal data in accordance with GDPR.
